How To Measure Your Foot Length

• • Stand with the heel to a wall and put a measuring tape under your foot
• • Check what the length is by your longest toe
• • If you are between two sizes, choose the higher size

Shipping:

USA: Free shipping. We ship with UPS and the delivery time is normally 1 - 3 business days.

EU: Free shipping. We ship with UPS and the delivery time is normally 2 - 5 business days.

Rest of the world: We ship with PostNord and the shipping time depends on your country but it is normally 5 - 15 working days. Shipping cost depends on the country.

Returns & Exchanges:

- Clogs can be returned for a refund or exchange within 40 days of your purchase date.

- US customers can return clogs to our return warehouse in Minneapolis. Customers from all other countries can return their clogs to our warehouse in Sweden.

- We do not offer free shipping for returns to our warehouse but exchanges are sent out free of charge.
