Well-made, solid and cute clogs but sizing can be tricky
They seem to ship very quickly and the communication regarding the order itself is very good. Their shipper, UPS, does a really good job as well with emailing the tracking info and providing updates to delivery arrival dates and times.
I wish they had a customer service line or specific directions on how to contact them if you want to discuss sizing. I guess that's a tall order with them being in Sweden and a different time zone.
Also, free shipping for exchanges would be welcome as well.
